Update latest new on venue status (rooms, facility, ...), also information about speakers for the pre-assigned sessions.

We might put them to three tracks, providing there are enough sessions (if not, merged down. for example, merge coding and design to only one).

Three proposed tracks, with topics possbile, but not limited to:
