What is Thailand Next Web Apps

Thailand Next Web Apps (TNWA) is a unconference focusing on applications in the "Next Web" (2.0 and beyond). In spirits of the famous BarCamp, there’s no limit about who can attend or not. This event targets web developers and web startup companies that may or may not well-known all around the world. We’re really would like to hear some great discussion about web development techniques and technology. Also, we would like to give an opportunity for new startups to show off their works to the world. The unconference will be held in Thai-English bilingual fashion.
In short: An open discussion which will focus on web development technique and skills. Also for the new developers to spread their work and learns from geek developers :)

This event will be held on August 16, 2008 10.00a - 6p at Internet Thailand (INET), Thai-Summit Tower, Petchaburi Road, 10 mins walk from MRT Petchaburi

Things that we currently focused on:
Registration
Gosh! Registration has been closed with 156 registrant, due to venue capacity problem. I'm expecting 80% participant, which is 124 people. Hopefully we'll have a good participation rate there :)
Please help me fill the information about speakers in the Google Spreadsheet. You need to log in the spreadsheet by using @nextwebapps.com email address I sent the invite to. This information will be put up on the site soon :)
We have brains and power, but we still need money for things to get rolling. Help us to find the sponsor so we can make this happen!
Update latest new on venue status (rooms, facility, ...), also information about speakers for the pre-assigned sessions.
What else do we have to do in advance to prepare the event? Fill this thing up. However, if it's about sponsor, budget, session or speaker, it should be in above pages instead.
Things that we need to do before the event date, or on the event date. It will be almost the same as in Venue section, but will just contains only the list of stuff needs to be done.

for the tag, a compromise of short yet meaningful could be "thainextweb".
